A+ space

Spacious condo with all the amenities. Plenty of room for us all to relax after a long day of skiing. The loft was huge and the kids enjoyed spreading out up there. Would highly recommend for families or a couples.

Pros - The condo is within walking distance from the village and grocery store. It's well furnished, has a warm welcoming atmosphere, kitchen full of appliances. It has a little dryer room where you can dry all your cloth and gear. Automatic fireplace, many televisions.
Cons- The bedroom on the 2nd floor is not private and it is not listed in the description. I think this is major misleading in the listing. The mattresses are old and not firm at all. Many light bulbs were burned out. The door locks to the 2nd-floor bathroom and 1st-floor bedroom were not working as well. Lights on the decorative pine tree on the 2nd floor were burned out. The snow wasn't removed from the balcony upon our arrival. The host never gave us a courtesy call to make sure we are doing fine or offered any extra toilet paper or anything. For the price they charge per night it could be a little better.
Overall it is a great condo but maintenance and management have a big room for improvement. I would recommend this place and will stay again but next time I will be very demanding and calling the office right away.

snow ski vacation rental

Everything was ideal, except the walls connecting the two units are very thin. Fortunately, the noise stopped around midnight every night. We were not going to complain because our neighbors had paid and were having a great time so no worries. But, noise carried in big time. Otherwise, we absolutely loved the rental.

Great place and a great time

We had such a great time on the mountain. The neighbors were awesome and fun to chat with. Great place to stay.

Nice location, overall average experience

Overall, I would rate this rental experience as average. The location was great, but there were a few things that detracted from the experience.
1. Check-in. No where in the confirmation emails was the check-in experience described. Luckily, I called prior to driving to the mountain (where there is very limited cellular service). I was told to go to Mountain Valley cabin at the base of the mountain. I was given a welcome packet with a door code at this location. I am not sure why this couldn’t have just been emailed. I then proceeded to drive up the mountain. When I got to the cabin the door code did not work and there was no cell service, so I had to drive back the mountain to where there was cell service and call to get a new code. Needless to say, this was somewhat stressful with little kids. I was expecting some type of compensation for the inconvenience, but just got a simple, ‘sorry for your troubles’.
The web-site also says check-in is 5pm, but when I called for my check-in information they said I could check in earlier. I would have liked to know this sooner so I could have better planed my drive up to the mountain.
2. Cabin. The cabin was in decent shape, a few minor things:
a. The walls are thin, and the road noise and neighbor noise can be significant. If you are looking for quiet nights, this probably will not work.
b. Outlets. A lot of the outlets are really worn and won’t take plug-ins and the overall electrical connections look very dated. Should be easy to replace the receptacles.
c. Tub doesn’t drain. The tub took about an hour to drain properly, which was a slight factor with kids taking a bath.
d. Appreciated the Roku on the TVs, definitely nice for the kids.

Nice weekend despite the weather

A warm spell with rain made skiing less fun than usual, but the rental unit was a nice refuge from the weather. It was nicely appointed and we felt welcome and at home. Found everything we needed for our stay.

Nice Place

This is a really nice condo a short walk to the slopes and bus pick up. The walls to the adjacent condo are paper thin, so if the people next door are the least bit loud your going to here them. Everything was good with the rental company. The 10am check out is a bit early but that is just my opinion. I find 11am a bit more manageable. Sent an email about a later checkout but didn't get any response. Overall a good stay.
