We will use a chair for some poses and modifications can be made for limited mobility. No experience necessary and beginners are welcome!
Participants should wear comfortable clothing and shoes that can be easily removed. Yoga blocks and mats are not necessary, but bring them if you have them.
The registration for this class includes a 6 week series, each Monday starting with July 18 through August 22nd.
