Hatha Yoga Series Level 1 & 2
Participants will practice a 55-60 minute Hatha Yoga session with instructor Jacque Minarik. In this series, we will unwind, stretch, and relax. Hatha yoga is practiced at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements, and stretching. Each week we will begin by setting an intention for our practice.
