The back country roads surrounding the resort are some of the most scenic in West Virginia. When planning your drive be sure to give yourself plenty of time to enjoy the many scenic vistas and historic sites in our Wild and Wonderful Mountain State. Mountain Valley Properties is conveniently located on Rt. 66 in the Log Cabin between Big Spring Clinic and The Inn at Snowshoe. Located just down the down the road is the entrance to Snowshoe Mountain.

Only a few hours from major metropolitan areas, Mountain Valley Properties is easily accessible from all directions via nearby interstate highways.

From the South: Via I-77 and I-64, exit at either the Lewisburg or White Sulphur Springs Exit.

From the North: Via I-79, exit at the Weston (Hwy 33 exit), proceed into Elkins and then South on Hwy 219.

From the East: Via I-81, exit at Hwy 33 or Hwy 250 and into West Virginia.

From the West: Via I-64, continue South down to WV Turnpike and I-64 into Lewisburg and or White Sulphur Springs. Or I-64 into I-79 at Charleston to Hwy 19 to either Hwy 39 into Marlinton or from Hwy 19 to Hwy 55 via Richwood and the Scenic Hwy to Hwy 219.
